One account per person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your b8vib account credentials.

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the b8vib Platform. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. If you suspect that a duplicate Account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you must notify b8vib customer support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. b8vib strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. b8vib shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
b8vib operates a mandatory KYC verification program. Members may be required to submit identity documents (such as a national identity card or passport), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and, in some circumstances, source-of-funds documentation before deposits, withdrawals, or certain account features are enabled. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. b8vib reserves the right to restrict Account functionality until KYC requirements are satisfied.
You must promptly notify b8vib of any changes to your registered personal information, including changes to your address, email address, or phone number. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
b8vib accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. b8vib reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are determined by your Account tier and KYC verification status. Members with fully verified accounts are eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account.
Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your b8vib Wallet within seconds of confirmed receipt. b8vib is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank transfer processing times, or technical issues on the payment provider's side. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed by b8vib within 5 to 30 minutes of submission under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. b8vib reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals will only be paid to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your b8vib Account details.
All transactions on b8vib are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah. b8vib does not apply any currency conversion fees or foreign exchange margins on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, over which b8vib has no control.
b8vib holds Member funds in accounts segregated from b8vib's operational capital. This means that in the event of b8vib's insolvency, Member balances are protected and not available to general creditors. However, b8vib does not guarantee the safety of funds beyond its reasonable commercial obligations and recommends that Members withdraw winnings promptly.
b8vib may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotional offers to Members. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to your b8vib Wallet are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible game types, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum stated threshold, or on excluded game types, will not count towards wagering requirements.
b8vib operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; placing low-risk or opposing bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (also known as bonus hedging); using automated software or bots to place bets while a bonus is active; and colluding with other Members to abuse promotional offers. Where b8vib determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Member's Account.
Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your Wallet without replacement. b8vib is under no obligation to issue reminders regarding approaching bonus expiry dates, though it may choose to do so as a courtesy.
b8vib reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets from Members suspected of match-fixing, insider information, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors. A bet is only confirmed and binding upon b8vib's display of a confirmed bet receipt with a unique transaction reference number.
In the event that odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error, b8vib reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds. Similarly, if a game, live casino table, or togel draw experiences a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of the outcome, b8vib reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Members' Wallets. b8vib's decision in such matters is final.
Live in-play betting markets are available on selected sports events, including BRI Liga 1 football, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures. Live betting odds change rapidly to reflect the current state of play. b8vib cannot guarantee that live betting lines will remain open for any particular duration. Bets placed on live markets are subject to a brief confirmation delay to protect against latency-based exploitation.
Togel results on b8vib are derived directly from the official draw results published by the relevant licensed lottery operators in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney. b8vib does not influence or control these draw outcomes. Results are published on the b8vib Platform promptly after official announcement. In the event of a discrepancy between b8vib's published result and the official source, the official source result shall be deemed correct and bets settled accordingly.

Following investigation, b8vib may permanently close an Account where it determines that a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred. In such cases, b8vib reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance and void any pending withdrawals to the extent permitted by applicable law and these Terms. b8vib will notify the Member of the closure decision by email to the registered address, though is not obligated to disclose the specific details of its investigation.
You may voluntarily close your b8vib Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closure is completed, any pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion, any unused bonus funds will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money Wallet balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
All content on the b8vib Platform — including but not limited to the b8vib brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of b8vib or its licensed suppliers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, scraped, framed, or otherwise exploited without b8vib's prior written consent. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law as applied by b8vib's licensing jurisdiction. b8vib operates under an international gaming licence and is regulated accordingly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through b8vib's internal complaints process will be referred to the arbitration body specified by b8vib's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in Indonesia that cannot be excluded by agreement.
